A survivor's guide for the Boston marathon

The site freep.com has a survivour's guide for the Boston marathon with a good suggestions to prepare this marathon

  • Find some hills and run what I call stepladders. Run a quarter of the
    way up and down, then halfway up and down and so on. Treat it the same
    as doing a speed workout. Three or four sets should work depending on
    the size of the hill.
