All races log

Before I used an old tool to store my training log, and also my races logs, made by myself but with lot of limitations. From now on I decided to use the online documents, powered by Google Docs, to store logs and races. I published now an export from these tool, with all race I did until today, and I will keep this spreadsheet updated. The document is here, with the header in Portuguese :)

Almost at the end

Almost at the end of my schedule training program, and the goal is not reached. At the middle of the program the wounds don't let me proceed with the programed. Also the few free time and some laziness! I will restart the program again. The same one, again! But I will mark some race in my calendar to give some extra motivation!

Bike run

This weekend I did a bike run: 85 Km. I never did so long distance. I realize that the run training don't give any advantage to bike run. Each of sports use differents sets of musclues, I think!
Today I run 45 minutes.

Radcliffe set to miss world champs

Brtain's Paula Radcliffe is unlikely to defend her marathon title at the world championships in Japan this August after developing a stress fracture to the base of her spine.

Radcliffe, who gave birth to a baby daughter Isla in January, sustained the injury during a lengthy labor and aggravated it when she began training the following month.

"Starting back with it already weak, and then with the relaxing of the hormones through pregnancy, all the bones do not come together," Radcliffe said.

"There is no easy answer to when I need to be back to have a chance in Osaka."

The 33-year-old world marathon record holder is to take a complete rest for three weeks which will leave her with precious little time to prepare for Osaka.

"I'm not going to take huge risks to make sure that I will be 100 percent to be there," Radcliffe said in British newspapers Wednesday.

Back to the road, I hope

Log update with 1h10 minutes, at Saturday, with a good pace. I feel the knees and legs tired at the end. They aren't totally recovered yet, but it's ok. Easy run at Saturday plus walking at afternoon. Today I run 40 minutes: 20 slow and 20 minutes at max pace.
