This week I'm most of the times with an headache. Possibility is caused by a equilibrium loss of internal ear. This already happens to me before, one time.
Also this week I had a few free time and so I run less:
Tuesday 40 min
Thursday 40 min
I hope I can do a long run tomorrow at my weekend, but I'm not sure before the body, I mean the head movement cause me pain on my head, and I think this don't helps me to recover.
