I found another training schedule
here on coolrunning, and I want to do some comparisons with
mine. I choose the advanced one because it's for the goal 1:30 and under. This one has no rest days (!!!) , much more miles per week, but less repetitions training and less speed work. Maybe the one I choose is not for the under 1:30 goal time, but I think is better for me, because I already have a lot of miles run I just can be adapted to my weekly routine.
