Log update

Log update after a tired session at the gym: warm up, building (3x12 in each exercise) and 20 minutes at eliptic machine, level 10.

I know you do full marathons, but do you know of any 1/2 Marathon 50 State clubs? I have my first full in June here in San Diego, but would love to travel and integrate races into that travel. Hope you can help, thanks!
