Plan changed for current week

Log update with today's run of 55 minutes, slow pace. I changed this training because my pain in the leg. So today I do a really slow pace, 55 minutes, just to avoid the stop. Tomorrow probable I will do the same, and I hope at the saturday I could resume the planned training program.

Today's log update

Today I ran 45 minutes, very slow pace, because I had a pain just below my twins muscles of the right leg. After the warm up, the pain almost gone, but at the end it cames again :( Maybe the best should be to stop running a few days, I don't know... I will try to run again tomorrow, and so I decide to stop or not.

Setúbal Half marathon

I will probably do an half marathon before I finish the current schedule program do run the Meia Maratona de Setúbal at 6 May 2007. After that I will resume the training program to do another one at the end.

Log update

This weekend I do an 1h15 run, at Saturday, at a good and constant pace. I finished too much more tired than the other days, I don't know why. At Sunday it was a rest day to recover... Log updated in my training program
